Project Description
The customer was experiencing product wastage when heat-sensitive granules were melting inside the silo tank due to excessive surface heat from the sun. A solution was needed to protect the cold granules during the warm season by preventing excessive heating of the bulk tank surface.
Coating Solution
After cleaning the truck, Super Therm® was applied at 400µ WFT / 250µ DFT to prevent outside heat penetration. A topcoat of Enamo Grip® Clear was then applied to provide a protective layer and give the truck a glossy finish.
