Customer wanted to prevent heat penetration from outside in their new building & reduce energy consumption.

Super Therm® Overview:
Super Therm® reflects 95% of sunlight in its three forms (Visible, IR and UV). Unlike traditional insulation materials, which slow down the transfer of conductive heat, Super Therm® is designed to block the initial heat load by reflecting 95% of the sun’s energy away from the surface before it can physically be absorbed.
Coating Solution
Overcoat corrugated metal roof with Super Therm®.
Expected Outcome
Super Therm® will block 95% of the solar heat load therefore reducing the heat build-up of the corrugated metal roof.
Results
Outside Temperature: +/- 32°C
Weather Conditions: Fine
Temperature under the corrugated metal roof:
Before Super Therm® = 50.8°C
After Super Therm® = 30.5°C
Temperature reduction of 20.3°C under the corrugated metal roof.
