Project Brief: Automobile Factory Super Therm Application
After 3 years of extensive testing the customer decided to insulate its entire plant with Super Therm® to prevent outside heat penetration.

Super Therm® Overview:
Super Therm® reflects 95% of sunlight in its three forms (Visible, IR and UV). Unlike traditional insulation materials, which slow down the transfer of conductive heat, Super Therm® is designed to block the initial heat load by reflecting 95% of the sun’s energy away from the surface before it can physically be absorbed.
Coating Solution
The application of Super Therm® on the 200,000m2 corrugated exterior of the Nissan Factory in Yokahama, Japan, resulted in a cooler roof as reported by Nissan.
